Work sux

 
If you have been following my work life dramas, there is finally an update.

All claims and counterclaims were dismissed.
 
The basis for dismissal of all complaints, as stated by HR - "no witnesses".
Which is patently false.
But that's the decision.
 
The outcome of the role review is that my job description will change.
 
So officially, nothing happened and everything continues on as it was.
 
Except my supervisor was re-employed and promoted,
probably because he demonstrated his ability to bully staff and get away with it.
 
I discovered why I have not been able to transfer away from this team.
According to the pre-employment screening documentation,
without a supervisors referee report the applicant is automatically rejected.
 
Looks like my only way out of this mess is self-employment.
